We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

⚠️ Personal care products, skincare, and beauty devices must remain sealed and unused to be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different item, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank

💳 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Bank details will be required.
